Salon and Treatment Etiquette

Booking Etiquette:

  • Provide accurate information during booking, including any health concerns or allergies.

  • Notify the salon promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel, respecting the cancellation policy (Fees may apply).

  • Arrive on time for your appointment to ensure smooth scheduling for everyone. If you are running more then 10 minutes late please note that a shorter treatment time may be provided and remaining time will be forfeited.

 Salon Etiquette:​

  • Be respectful and courteous to staff and other clients.

  • Follow any hygiene guidelines, such as removing shoes or wearing provided coverings.

  • For the comfort and safety of all clients, as well as the children themselves, we kindly ask that children are not brought to the salon during your appointment. This ensures a relaxing environment for everyone and helps us maintain a safe space free from potential hazards associated with treatment equipment.

 

Before Treatment:

  • Follow pre-treatment instructions provided by your practitioner (e.g., hydration, avoiding caffeine or alcohol).

  • Arrive with clean skin and dressed appropriately in loose, comfortable clothing.

  • Communicate openly about your expectations and any concerns.

 

After Treatment:

  • Adhere to aftercare instructions to maximize results and avoid complications.

  • Avoid strenuous activities, alcohol, or caffeine as advised post-treatment.

  • Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy diet to support your results.
