Welcome to Emerge Your Beauty ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any related platforms. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

1. Services: Emerge your beauty provides body sculpting, beauty, and wellness services. All treatments are intended for cosmetic purposes only and should not replace medical advice or treatment. Results may vary from person to person.

 

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to receive services. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem a treatment unsuitable for a client.

 

3. Appointments & Cancellations: A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Cancellations, with no reschedule, made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or rescheduling of the appointment, depending on availability. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 2 hours notice.

Reschedules made within 2 hours will result in a $25 fee charge. No-shows will result in a non-refundable fee of $75.

4. Payment & Refunds: All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, bank transfer and AfterPay. No refunds are provided for completed services. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately. We may offer a follow-up consultation but do not guarantee refunds.

 

5. Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before treatments. We are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions. We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.

 

6. Liability Waiver: By booking and receiving our services, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with body sculpting and beauty treatments. We are not responsible for any complications arising from the procedures performed.

 

7. Privacy Policy: We value your privacy and ensure that your personal information is handled responsibly.

7.1. Information We Collect: We may collect personal information, including but not limited to: Name, phone number, email address, medical history relevant to treatments, payment details (processed securely) and photos (with your consent) for progress tracking.

7.2. How We Use Your Information: To provide and improve our services, to communicate about appointments, promotions, or updates and to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

7.3. Data Protection: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. Your data is stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

 

8. Photo Consent: We may take before and after photos of your treatment for progress tracking, promotional and marketing purposes. Your privacy is important to us, and we will only use your photos with your explicit consent.

 

9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
